Return & Exchange Policy

At AVE, every piece is crafted to make you feel confident, beautiful, and timeless. If your order is not quite what you expected, we’ll gladly assist you with a return or exchange, under the following conditions:

Timeframe

You have 20 days from the moment your order arrives at your door to request a return or exchange. After this period, we are unable to accept items back, or reserve the right to do it.

Condition of the Garment

To honor the beauty of each piece, items must be returned in their original condition:

  • Unworn and unwashed.

  • Free of any marks such as makeup, perfume, deodorant, or tanning products.

  • With all tags and original packaging attached.

For reasons of hygiene and care, bottoms (panties, thongs, culottes, bodysuits with panty portions, etc) are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

All returns over $500 may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Exclusions

  • Sale and promotional items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Begin

  1. Write to us at info.avelingerie@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return within the 20-day window.

  2. Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and mailing instructions.

  3. Please note: return shipping is at the client’s expense. For exchanges, an additional shipping fee will apply.

Refunds

Refunds are processed back to your original form of payment within 15 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Our Right to Protect Quality

Every AVE piece is carefully checked upon return. If the garment does not meet the above conditions or shows signs of wear, we may need to deny the return or exchange.

Every garment has a 30-day warranty for quality issues.
